GamesI haven't got round to making any of my own games yet so I thought I'd share these with you. There's some really big games here both in terms of size and popularity, plus they're all free.
Americas ArmyAmericas Army is a big online multi player game built for the US military. It's designed to try and show you what it's like to be in the military through from training up to fighting battles and is basically a recruiting tool. I played it a few years ago and it is a good game, it looks like there's been a lot of additions since I last played. It's similar to other online shoot 'em ups but it's completely free to download and play.
Entropia UniverseEntropia Universe is a big multi player online RPG game with about 400 000 players. You start off with basically nothing and you have to go around trying to make money in order to buy objects such as weapons in order to advance your skills. It's not all about fighting, people have set up communities and businesses, it's basically one of those games that takes over your life. The unique thing about this game is the fact you can kick start your game by depositing real money in order to buy things, what's more is, you can transfer the money back out into your bank account. The dream I think is to earn a living off it, but I think that's pretty hard. You may of heard something about it in the news, one guy bought a virtual space resort IN THE GAME for US$100,000!!!!!!
Darfur is DyingDarfur is Dying is a game about people dying in Darfur. It's an educational flash game, with more emphasis on educational.
Fairy LandFairy Land looks like a bit of a nancy boys game. Not played it but it got some good reviews.
Kal OnlineKal Online is a multi player online oriental fantasy/medieval game. Apparently it's been translated into English. The graphics look good.
Conquer OnlineConquer Online is another multi player online RPG fantasy game. The graphics look good again.
